Our March meeting included a presentation of a study for the parish parking and traffic flow improvement priorities. A questionnaire regarding those priorities was e-mailed to members, who where asked to fill them out and bring them to April's meeting. Members handed in their questionnaires and had a short discussion and a Questions and Answer session with Chuck who was in attendance. Jim Spencer collected the information and will compile the information along with Facilities and Grounds questionnaires. The results will be used by Chuck and Jim to construct a plan on moving forward with the planning stage of this project.
Father Ed. reported on current and Parish events and some of the great things happening at St. Stephens.
With Father Ed's guidance the Pastoral council will be continuing to work on reviewing St. Stephens ministry structure. The first step in this process will be to sponsor a team composed of Pastoral and Finance council members, Key Staff, and general Parish members to develop a Parish Vison based on core values that will then be used as a shared vision for all ministry groups.
