Because of Holy Week our April meeting was moved to the first week of April.
Reports from representatives of the Finance Council and Facilities and Grounds Commission were given.
3 representatives from the Building Task Force # 1 presented their final report to the Pastoral Council. Their Focus was on the condition of the Outreach Annex and to evaluate current and future needs for non-worship office and meeting spaces. The Pastoral Council will review the report and discuss next steps at the next meeting. A plan to communicate the findings and next steps will also be addressed in future meetings.
The final draft of the parishioner feedback form was presented. Father Ed will review procedures for processing and following up on forms and it will then be made available and implemented.
Yvonne reviewed the ME 25 survey campaign and that we have received over 1100 completed written surveys so far and that Betty and volunteers are in the process of inputting the surveys into the Gallup system.
